Data and direct member feedback don't lie. In an entertaining role reversal, this presentation gives insight on the feedback from actual Medicaid beneficiaries on the topic of member communications by using insights derived from hundreds of millions of text messages, automated phone calls and emails, that have flowed through HealthCrowd's platform. Enjoy the sprinkling of real-life analyses and case studies along the way.

We will explore:

· SMS vs. IVR reach rates,
· Cost effectiveness of different outreach methods,
· Writing content that activates members,
· Member nudge-ability, and more

Whether your objective is to offer a great experience for new members, strengthen your HEDIS outreach efforts, or drive HRA completions and renewals, this webinar should be one every health plan executive and state representative can derive value from.
